🔁 Returns, Replacements & Exchanges
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, a replacement may be issued in case of incorrect, missing, or damaged items. To request a replacement, an unboxing video is mandatory, recorded from the moment the package is opened, clearly showing all labels. Please email us within 24 hours of delivery with your concern and the video at goldencart.co.in@gmail.com. Once reviewed, our team will determine the appropriate resolution. We do not provide any repair services or product warranty.
